Conditions, as well as any other applicable policies.<\/p>\n<h2>Reservations<\/h2>\n<p>Reservations are always subject to property availability.<\/p>\n<p>The reservation is only considered confirmed after receipt of the corresponding payment and sending of the respective confirmation by email.<\/p>\n<p>Casa dos Arcos reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations in exceptional situations, namely:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incorrect or incomplete information;<\/li>\n<li>Suspected fraud;<\/li>\n<li>Obvious error regarding price or availability;<\/li>\n<li>Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Fees and payments<\/h2>\n<p>The prices shown on the website are indicated in euros (\u20ac).<\/p>\n<p>Payment for the reservation is made in full at the time of confirmation.<\/p>\n<p>Payments can be made using the methods available at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<p>Casa dos Arcos offers two pricing options:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flexible Fare<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Free cancellation up to 10 days before check-in;<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations made between 10 and 5 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid;<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in: no refund will be given.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Non-Refundable Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Includes a 10% discount on the booking price;<\/li>\n<li>The amount paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any approved refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.<\/p>\n<h2>Right of free resolution<\/h2>\n<p>Under applicable law, the right of withdrawal provided for in distance contracts does not apply to tourist accommodation services when the contract stipulates a specific date or period of execution.<\/p>\n<h2>Check-in and check-out<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in: from 4 PM<\/li>\n<li>Check-out: until 11:00 AM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability.<\/p>\n<h2>Number of guests<\/h2>\n<p>The maximum capacity of the property is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 adults;<\/li>\n<li>1 child;<\/li>\n<li>1 baby.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The reservation must correctly indicate the number of guests who will be staying overnight at the property.<\/p>\n<p>The reservation must correctly indicate the number of guests who will be staying overnight at the property.<\/p>\n<p>Overnight stays for guests not included in the reservation may result in an additional charge of \u20ac50 per person per night.<\/p>\n<p>At least one adult must be present at all times during the stay.<\/p>\n<h2>Deposit<\/h2>\n<p>Casa dos Arcos may request a security guarantee before check-in, depending on the characteristics of the reservation, the length of stay, or the number of guests.<\/p>\n<p>The amount and terms of the security deposit will be communicated in advance to the guest responsible for the booking.<\/p>\n<p>The security deposit can be paid by bank transfer or MBWAY at check-in.<\/p>\n<h2>Use of the property<\/h2>\n<p>We ask that the property be used responsibly and carefully.<\/p>\n<p>In case of damage, loss, or the need for extraordinary cleaning caused during your stay, Casa dos Arcos may request payment proportional to the costs involved.<\/p>\n<p>Smoking is not allowed inside the house.<\/p>\n<p>Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas of the property, with proper use of ashtrays and respect for the space.<\/p>\n<p>Parties or events are not permitted without prior written authorization.<\/p>\n<p>The quiet hours between 11 PM and 9 AM must be respected, avoiding noises that could disturb neighbors or the surrounding area.<\/p>\n<p>Pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n<p>Service animals are permitted, provided they are notified in advance.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibility<\/h2>\n<p>Casa dos Arcos cannot be held responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Temporary interruptions of external services (internet, water, electricity or telecommunications);<\/li>\n<li>Personal items that have been lost, forgotten, or stolen;<\/li>\n<li>Force majeure situations beyond your control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Complaints Book and Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n<p>Guests can use the Electronic Complaints Book available at:<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.livroreclamacoes.pt<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entity.<\/p>\n<p>More information is available at:<br \/>\nhttps:\/\/www.consumidor.gov.pt<\/p>\n<h2>Changes to the Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n<p>Casa dos Arcos may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.<\/p>\n<p>The changes will take effect after publication on the website.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00daltima atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o: 26 de maio de 2026 Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o O website da Casa dos Arcos destina-se \u00e0 divulga\u00e7\u00e3o e reserva de estadias no alojamento local Casa dos Arcos.
