Cancellation and refund policy

Flexible Fare

• Free cancellation up to 10 days before check-in;
• Cancellations made between 10 and 5 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid;
• Cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in: no refund will be given.

Non-Refundable Fee

• Includes a 10% discount;
• No refunds are allowed in case of cancellation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

No-show

In case of no-show without prior notice, the reservation fee will not be refunded.

Date changes

Requests to change dates are subject to availability at the time of the request.

Casa dos Arcos reserves the right to refuse changes when there is no availability for the new desired dates.

Non-compliance

If any situation related to the stay does not substantially correspond to what is advertised on the website, the guest should contact Casa dos Arcos as soon as possible to allow for a proper resolution of the situation.
