By making a reservation through the website, the guest declares to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, as well as any other applicable policies.

Reservations

Reservations are always subject to property availability.

The reservation is only considered confirmed after receipt of the corresponding payment and sending of the respective confirmation by email.

Casa dos Arcos reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations in exceptional situations, namely:

Incorrect or incomplete information;
Suspected fraud;
Obvious error regarding price or availability;
Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Fees and payments

The prices shown on the website are indicated in euros (€).

Payment for the reservation is made in full at the time of confirmation.

Payments can be made using the methods available at the time of booking.

Casa dos Arcos offers two pricing options:

Flexible Fare

Free cancellation up to 10 days before check-in;
Cancellations made between 10 and 5 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid;
Cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in: no refund will be given.

Non-Refundable Fee

Includes a 10% discount on the booking price;
The amount paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Any approved refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Right of free resolution

Under applicable law, the right of withdrawal provided for in distance contracts does not apply to tourist accommodation services when the contract stipulates a specific date or period of execution.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in: from 4 PM
Check-out: until 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability.

Number of guests

The maximum capacity of the property is:

4 adults;
1 child;
1 baby.

The reservation must correctly indicate the number of guests who will be staying overnight at the property.

Overnight stays for guests not included in the reservation may result in an additional charge of €50 per person per night.

At least one adult must be present at all times during the stay.

Deposit

Casa dos Arcos may request a security guarantee before check-in, depending on the characteristics of the reservation, the length of stay, or the number of guests.

The amount and terms of the security deposit will be communicated in advance to the guest responsible for the booking.

The security deposit can be paid by bank transfer or MBWAY at check-in.

Use of the property

We ask that the property be used responsibly and carefully.

In case of damage, loss, or the need for extraordinary cleaning caused during your stay, Casa dos Arcos may request payment proportional to the costs involved.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas of the property, with proper use of ashtrays and respect for the space.

Parties or events are not permitted without prior written authorization.

The quiet hours between 11 PM and 9 AM must be respected, avoiding noises that could disturb neighbors or the surrounding area.

Pets are not allowed.

Service animals are permitted, provided they are notified in advance.

Responsibility

Casa dos Arcos cannot be held responsible for:

Temporary interruptions of external services (internet, water, electricity or telecommunications);
Personal items that have been lost, forgotten, or stolen;
Force majeure situations beyond your control.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entity.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions
